With a background in general construction and LIHTC development, I know how to bring big design dreams to life — even on the tightest budgets. I have a soft spot for multifamily projects and a strong eye for FF&E that balances function, durability, and style — always with the people who live there in mind.
And while I may speak fluent “developer,” design has always been at the heart of what I do. I care deeply about how spaces are actually used, whether by residents, homeowners, or future tenants.

Designer Strategy Session- $250 per session
A focused 90-minute consultation designed to help you move forward with clarity.
During our time together, we can review one space in depth or talk through several areas of your home, depending on what you need most.
We may cover things like:
• furniture layout and scale
• paint color direction
• lighting ideas
• finish selections for remodels
• artwork and styling
You’ll leave with clear direction and practical recommendations so you can confidently move forward!
