With a background in general construction and LIHTC development, I know how to bring big design dreams to life — even on the tightest budgets. I have a soft spot for multifamily projects and a strong eye for FF&E that balances function, durability, and style — always with the people who live there in mind.
And while I may speak fluent “developer,” design has always been at the heart of what I do. I care deeply about how spaces are actually used, whether by residents, homeowners, or future tenants. From cozy corners to thoughtfully designed apartment communities, I believe good design should feel welcoming, lived-in, and a little special. No project is too small, and no detail is too minor.
